The Bosch 1110010029 Fuel Rail Pressure Relief Valve (PRV)  is a direct replacement for the failed valve on your truck. A common issue causing hard starts, lack of power, and poor fuel economy is a blown or weak pressure relief valve. This valve is located in the fuel rail and is designed to limit rail pressure to protect the injectors. When the pressure builds up, the valve releases the excess fuel back to the fuel system. Over time, the spring valve may lose its memory and bleed off prematurely, causing a drop in pressure to the injectors. This relief valve is the perfect OE-style replacement for the failing OEM valve.
