The HSP Max Air Flow Bundle for the 2003 and 2004 Duramax-equipped Chevrolet and GMC trucks is designed to significantly boost airflow, improve performance, and clean up the engine bay. If you're looking to upgrade most of your factory intake and charge piping, this kit is for you.

What Is the Max Air Flow Bundle?

The bundle includes four key components: a Cold Air Intake, Cold Side Tube, Hot Side Tube, and a Max Flow Turbo Inlet Horn. With these, your truck will breathe easier, run cooler, and sound better—all while looking great with your choice of powder coat color options.

Cold Air Intake

This intake system starts with a 4.5" mandrel-bent tube to maximize airflow. It pairs with HSPs high-flow seven-layer filter and a custom heat shield that protects against engine bay heat. The system pulls cooler air from the headlight bezel and fender port. Dyno-proven results show up to 20 additional horsepower and 58 lb-ft of torque gained on average.

Cold Side Tube

The cold side tube is a 3" mandrel-bent pipe designed to carry the maximum volume of air with minimal turbulence. This upgrade from the stock unit ensures smoother flow through the charge air system, enhancing performance and throttle response.

Hot Side Tube

The hot side pipe also uses a 3" mandrel-bent design with sweeping bends to reduce restriction. One major improvement is the straight connection to the intercooler, which replaces the factory's failure-prone lower intercooler boot. The result is more reliability and better airflow.

Max Flow Inlet Horn

The factory inlet horn is a restriction point. HSP replaces it with a 3.5" smooth-bent design that dramatically increases intake efficiency. When combined with the intake and charge pipes, the Max Flow Inlet Horn helps unlock noticeable power gains.
