What Is the Deluxe Max Air Flow Bundle for the LLY?

This all-in-one kit brings together every component HSP Diesel offers to transform the LLY platform. Its ideal for owners looking to enhance the factory setup and seamlessly integrate drop-in-style aftermarket parts.

Billet Forward-Facing Thermostat Housing

This component removes the factory crossover hose that restricts flow and blocks engine access. The billet aluminum construction improves coolant efficiency and engine bay layout.

Hot Side Intercooler Tube

The factory pipe often fails due to rubbing from the power steering line and loose connections. HSP addresses this with a 3" mandrel-bent tube and improved entry angle into the intercooler, eliminating boost leaks and improving airflow.

Replacement Coolant Tank

Made from welded metal instead of plastic, this tank resists cracking and discoloration. It retains factory sensor compatibility and fits the OEM location perfectly.

2" Replacement Up-Pipes

Built from heavy wall 304 stainless steel and sleeved bellows, these up-pipes eliminate the weak points found in stock designs and offer better exhaust flow and long-term durability.

Cold Air Intake

This intake features a 4.5" mandrel-bent aluminum tube and a heatshield box designed to avoid hot air from the engine bay. It averages gains of 20 horsepower and 58 lb-ft of torque, without drawing air from the headlight bezel or fender port.

VGT Intake Mouthpiece

Essential to maximizing the airflow from the cold air intake, this upgraded mouthpiece eliminates the restrictive factory design. It improves spool-up and power output but requires a PCV reroute (sold separately see 003-1-HSP).

Max Flow Bridge & Cold Side Tube

Both upgraded to 3" diameter and paired for optimal charge air flow. The Max Flow Bridge is a two-piece design to ease installation and prevent leaks, while the cold side tube ensures consistent airflow and performance.
