The HSP Diesel Deluxe Max Air Flow Bundle is our all-in-one, top-tier kit for the 2003 and 2004 Chevrolet and GMC Duramax-equipped trucks. Designed to replace and upgrade nearly every airflow-related component, this bundle is built to maximize performance and visual appeal.

What Is the HSP Diesel Deluxe Max Air Flow Bundle?

This bundle includes everything HSP offers for LB7 Duramax performance upgrades: hot and cold side intercooler tubes, a stock turbo inlet horn, billet thermostat housing kit, replacement up-pipes, a replacement coolant tank, and a cold air intake. Together, these parts provide significant gains in power, cooling efficiency, and under-hood aesthetics.

Hot Side Intercooler Tube

This tube has been increased to a 3" diameter, offering up to 40% greater flow. Mandrel-bent sweeping curves reduce turbulence, while a straight-style intercooler connection eliminates a known factory failure point.

Stock Turbo Inlet Horn

Designed for use with the stock turbo, this upgraded 3.5" inlet horn removes restrictive bottlenecks and delivers more power. It also features a cleaner, more refined appearance.

Billet Thermostat Housing Kit

This housing eliminates the coolant hose over the driver's side valve cover, opening up the engine bay and allowing easier access for high-pressure fuel pump upgrades. It's functional and visually cleaner.

Cold Side Tube

Also upgraded to 3" diameter, the cold side tube features smooth mandrel bends for efficient airflow and reduced heat. Denser, cooler air improves combustion and power output.

2" HSP Replacement Up-Pipes

Constructed from heavy-wall 304 stainless steel and sleeved bellows, these up-pipes are built to withstand extreme heat and vibration. They solve common factory failure points and improve exhaust flow.

Factory Replacement Coolant Tank

The HSP coolant tank replaces the factory plastic unit with a fully welded, all-metal tank that can be powder coated. It resists cracking, fading, and includes all required fittings and sensors.

Cold Air Intake

This intake uses a 4.5" mandrel-bent tube and has been dyno-proven to increase horsepower by 20 and torque by 58 lb-ft on average. When combined with the rest of the bundle, airflow and power gains are significantly enhanced.
