Without proper fuel filtration, modern diesel injection systems are prone to excessive wear that can cost thousands. By removing over 99% of the water from your fuel along with air, vapor, and debris down to 2 microns absolute, the Drop-In Series WILL TRIPLE the life of your injection system, and does even more for CP4-equipped trucks, where the injection pump has almost no tolerance for contaminated fuel.

Designed as a direct replacement for the factory engine fuel filter, the Drop-In Series bypasses the OEM engine-mounted filter and the rear-mounted filter (if equipped), replacing both with FASS filtration and cutting your ongoing filter maintenance in the process. The kit is supplied with 3/8" fuel line to replace the OEM feed line from the tank to the CP4, and it keeps the factory water-in-fuel sensor fully functional, so your WIF light still warns you before water reaches the injection system. The result is cleaner fuel, better water separation, and a consistent fuel supply while retaining a factory-style installation with no external frame-mounted pump.
