Description

This complete kit allows for installation of a Borg Warner S400 frame turbocharger in place of the factory VGT on the very capable 2017-2019 L5P Duramax engine platform.

Replaces all of the OEM plumbing and Y-bridge with a combination of high flow 3" and 3.5” diameter piping and Y-bridge.

Oil Lines are high quality stainless steel braided Parker Lines with the oil feed line routing from the main oil galley on the side of the engine block.

The down pipe bolts directly to your exhaust system which simplifies installation and prevents the need for cutting or additional modification. 

Proven capable of supporting over 1,000 WHP with appropriate supporting modifications.


NOTE: CUSTOM TUNING IS REQUIRED.

***Built transmission, injectors, stroker CP3 conversion and lift pump recommended for optimum performance***

 

Fitment Notes

This kit does not fit 20+ L5P out of the box.

It requires custom fabrication.

What needs done?

1. The drivers side intercooler pipe needs modified. (IE. Need to purchase or have currently the 20+ Model Drivers Side Intercooler Pipe to then modify to connect to the V-Banded Two Piece connection. See WCF100365)

2. The provided VGT Dummy Connector needs de-pinned and re-pinned with new wire placement.

3. Due to intake fitment changes on 17-19 & 20+, the enclosed air box will not fit.

There is no explicit support or returns if purchased for a 20+ Model. By purchasing, you understand modifications will be needed.
