What is this 6.7L Powerstroke Intercooler Bundle?

The HSP-P-492 is a complete intercooler bundle kit that includes both hot and cold side intercooler tubes along with everything needed for installation.

Hot Side Intercooler Tube

The HSP Diesel Hot Side Tube is crafted from aluminized steel for added strength and durability. Mandrel bends are used for optimal airflow and reduced turbulence. We also upgrade to 5-ply high-strength silicone boots and include a billet coupler with clip for superior fitment and reliability — a major improvement over stock components.

Cold Side Intercooler Tube

The factory Cold Side tube is a well-known weak point on the 6.7L Powerstroke. HSP addresses this with a stronger, in-house bent tube and better boots. Most importantly, it includes our signature billet coupler, offering unmatched reliability and performance under pressure.
