The 294-HSP is the Max Air Flow Bundle for the 2004.5 and 2005 LLY Duramax Chevrolet and GMC trucks. This bundle features everything you need from the HSP Diesel lineup to unlock more power and maximum performance—while keeping your factory emissions equipment intact.

What Is the Max Air Flow Bundle for the LLY?

This is a complete kit built to take your LLY Duramax to the next level in both performance and appearance. It includes every HSP Diesel component designed for this engine to optimize airflow and reliability using drop-in, emissions-friendly parts.

Billet Forward Facing Thermostat Housing

Solves the bottleneck in the factory coolant system. The stock crossover covers the drivers side valve cover—this billet piece eliminates that, improves cooling efficiency, and frees up space in the engine bay.

Hot Side Intercooler Tube

The factory tube often fails due to rubbing against the power steering line and weak boot retention. HSPs upgraded 3" mandrel-bent pipe fixes both issues with better routing and improved airflow, reducing boost leaks and increasing performance.

Replacement Coolant Tank

The factory plastic tank is prone to cracking. HSPs all-metal, welded coolant tank fits in the OEM location and includes all factory provisions and fittings, including the low coolant sensor.

Cold Air Intake

Built with 4.5" mandrel-bent tubing and a heat shield box, this intake delivers cool, dense air while blocking heat soak. On average, it provides gains of 20 HP and 58 lb-ft of torque. Its designed not to pull hot air from the headlight bezel or fender port.

VGT Intake Mouthpiece

The stock mouthpiece is restrictive. HSPs design allows all incoming air to reach the turbo more efficiently, improving spool-up and overall response.

Cold Side Intercooler Tube

Increased to a 3" diameter to match the hot side and maintain maximum flow throughout the charge system, all while utilizing the factory bridge for a seamless install.
