Fluidampr announced the release of two new GM / Chevrolet Duramax L5P performance diesel dampers. Fluidampr has extensive experience with the Duramax L5P engine. Variations of this damper have already seen widespread use by the United States military in their latest high-performance light tactical vehicles, preparing it for all-out street performance and professional competition use.
Both dampers are finished in a corrosion-resistant black zinc chromate, then laser engraved with a timing mark, Fluidampr – Made in the USA logo, and SFI 18.1 credential. A pre-drilled 3/8”-24 UNF on Ø3.200 B.C. bolt pattern allows for an accessory pulley, custom mandrel drive, and damper installer/remover tool use.
