Q: Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. The website is currently only set up for Australia, Canada, and the United States. *Extra Shipping Charges may apply than what the website calculates.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are and the items you ordered. If in stock, roughly 1-5 business days. Many Powdercoated Items carry a roughly 10-15 Business Day lead time. If you are in a hurry, please check with us on inventory.

Q: What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS, and a few local carriers.

Q: Can I return my product?

We always aim to make sure our customers love their products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. *Exclusions apply, subject to restock fees.

Q: Is this item in stock?

To best answer this, please reach out to us via the chat or email us. The stock levels shown on our website are things we stock at our location. We use an abundance of Distributors across the US & Canada that we can check inventory for. Your items will ship directly from the Distributor to you.
